Something looks wrong with a case
Open a data issue on that case rather than emailing. A contour that looks wrong affects everyone planning it, and an open data issue appears at the top of the case page so every planner sees it — including the ones who have not started yet. Email reaches one person and helps one person.

A security problem, or identifiable patient data
Email dlrkdgns1324@gmail.com — privately, not in a public thread. If you believe a published case contains identifiable data, say so in the subject line; that is the highest-severity report this platform can receive and it is handled the same day.

A recipe for your TPS is wrong
Fix it yourself. If your profile says you use that system, every skill page has a Correct it button on its tab. The people qualified to approve a correction are the same people qualified to make one.
