Tuning structure to pull a hotspot in Varian Eclipse
Contour the hotspot itself, then constrain it. Faster and more local than raising the global max-dose weight.

Same idea, using an Upper Objective on a structure created from the isodose.
Create the structure with Boolean/margin tools from the isodose level, then add an Upper Objective at (0 %, dose just under the hotspot) with a Priority around 100–150.
If the hotspot is inside the PTV and you want it gone anyway, prefer tightening the existing PTV Upper Objective — adding a second structure over the same voxels gives the optimizer two objectives fighting over one region, and the result is harder to read afterwards.
